Some features in Spring ’22 affect all users immediately after the release goes live. Consider communicating these changes to your users beforehand so that they’re prepared. Other features require direct action by an administrator before users can benefit from the new functionality. - Supported Browsers

Check out what’s blooming in Spring ’22. Multi-factor authentication is required starting February 1, 2022. Choose where your prompts and walkthroughs appear. Salesforce Checkout has been replaced with the Your Account app. In Surveys, sentiment analysis can be run on real-time and historical text responses. - Analytics

Add flexible criteria-based preventive maintenance plans to keep your assets in shape. Get more out of Pardot with new objects for Version 5 of the API, and the new Tracking and Consent JavaScript API. Plus, prepare for email privacy changes with Pardot’s new open rules audit tool. - Quip
Get the most out of your Salesforce data with Quip. Choose whether you want your users to work in Quip with documents that auto-fill with Salesforce data or in Lightning Experience with Quip documents embedded in Salesforce records. Measure and report on your users’ document engagement with faster and more thorough Quip metrics. Use multi-factor authentication to protect your Quip data. - Revenue
Enhanced domains don’t support new plugins, and we’re enforcing data restrictions for Access permission sets. Browser performance improvements are coming, and so is default enforcement of encrypted customer IDs in Payeezy ACH payment methods. Prevent inaccurate credit allocations for invoices with header-level payment allocations. We fixed an error with crediting invoices that have equal total amounts and balances due to payment and debit allocations. Review new order and order product standard field permission requirements. - Sales

Swiftly triage incidents with new Incident Management features like SLA management tools and Omni-Channel support.
