How to work with Contacts List Views?

How to work with Contacts List Views

Salesforce is all about relationships. And contacts are the primary building blocks of those relationships. Contacts represent people you do business with. Contacts (people) are often associated with accounts (businesses). To see lists of your contacts, you use a list view—a view that shows all contact records. List views are dynamic, so if a contact is deleted, the list view will automatically reflect the changes. Numerous actions like filtering, creating, and communicating can be done from the contacts list view.

Filter Results

  1. In most cases, your list view defaults to Recently Viewed. To toggle to a different list view, click the down arrow next to the list view name and select All Contacts.
