How To Disable Email Notifications for Inactive Sandboxes?

Salesforce notifies sandbox users of impending deletion of sandboxes that have been inactive for 180 days or longer.

A Salesforce admin can decide to opt out users from receiving notification emails for sandboxes created from a specific source org.

After automated email notifications are disabled, sandbox deletion status can be tracked from the View Setup Audit Trail page.

When: To provide you some time to disable email notifications, if you wish, we won’t restart the process of identifying inactive sandboxes and sending out notifications until November 1, 2022.

Who: All users in the source (production) org with the Manage Sandbox user permission and the user that requested the sandbox are opted out of notifications of the upcoming expiration date.

Why: You prefer not to receive email notifications when a sandbox is about to expire.

How:
Log in to the source (production) org for the sandboxes.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Dev Hub, and then select Dev Hub.
Under Disable Sandbox Expiration Emails, click the Enabled toggle to opt out of email notifications.
