New feature that will make managing your contacts easier and more efficient. 

Introducing the Contact Intelligence View in Lightning Experience!

Previously, Contact Home only provided simple list views, which required users to navigate to individual records to take action. 

But now, with the Contact Intelligence View, you can view contact activities, take action, and update records, all in one convenient place. 

Here's what the Contact Intelligence View offers:

1. Quick filtering: Easily filter your contacts to find specific groups or segments.

2. Activity statistics: Get a bird's eye view of aggregate activity stats for the resulting contacts.

3. Direct action: Take immediate action to reach out to your contacts, right from the contact home page.

No more wasting time navigating through individual records or switching between pages. 

With the Contact Intelligence View, you can streamline your workflow and save precious time.

But that's not all! 

You can also dig deeper into individual contact activities by simply clicking the side panel icon next to the record name. 

This will display detailed activity information for that contact.

Here are some of the contact activity metrics you can access:

Total Contacts: See the total number of contacts that meet your filter criteria.

No Activity: Identify contacts with no completed activities.

Idle: Find contacts with past activity but no completed activities in the last 30 days.

No Upcoming: Discover contacts with recently completed activity but no future activities scheduled.

Overdue: Track contacts with overdue activities.

Due Today: Identify contacts with activities due today.

Upcoming: Stay on top of contacts with activities due in the next 30 days.

It's time to take your contact management to the next level with the Contact Intelligence View! 

To access this powerful feature, simply turn on Contact Intelligence View in your Contact Intelligence View Setup.

For all new Salesforce customers, the Contact Intelligence View is already set as the default home page. 

So you can start benefiting from this amazing feature right away!
