Query All Files Permission To Retrieve ContentDocumentLink Object In #SalesforceWinter24Release

Now, with the latest Winter 24 release update, users with the Query All Files permission can easily query the ContentDocumentLink object. 

Previously, this permission only allowed querying of ContentDocument and ContentVersion. 

However, with this enhancement, users with the Query All Files permission and View All Data enabled can retrieve all files in your organization.

This includes files in non-member libraries and files in unlisted groups. 

To take advantage of this new capability, follow these steps:

1. Open the permission set for edit or create a new one.

2. Click on "App Permissions" and then "Edit"

3. Select the "Query All Files" permission name.

4. Don't forget to save your changes.
